STV Children's Appeal

One in four children and young people living in poverty in Scotland, the funds raised by the STV Children's Appeal are crucial to help those who need it most.

The STV Children's appeal, which was launched in 2011 raises vital funds every year to help make a real difference to children living in poverty in Scotland. Optical Express have provided a fully staffed call centre each year since the launch, with all Optical Express staff involved in the initiative donating their own free time to man the phones. The team answered over 2,000 calls during the 2017 campaign, helping to raise a total of £2.6 Million for the cause.
