Optical Express, as a provider of essential eye care, is open and on hand to care for our patients. Based on current advice, our clinics across the UK and Ireland are open for all your eye care needs, including pre-operative in-clinic consultations, clinician led telemedicine discussions, vision correction surgery, post-operative in-clinic plus telemedicine facilitated consultations and all essential eye examinations and contact lens care.
We continue to provide essential or emergency clinical care for any member of the general public, either via telephone or video consultation, if they are unable to attend an appointment in clinic.
We have robust protocols and procedures in place and are following strict hygiene and safety guidelines. These measures ensure our patients and our employees are safe in our clinics at all times, including social distancing and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). On this basis, our experienced clinical teams are ready to welcome patients and assist you.
